Returns and Exchanges
My Lucky Dog Boutique wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund or a merchandise credit.
We do not process exchanges due to the ever-changing inventory and pricing differences in sizes. You will need to place a new order on the website. If you need help placing the order, we can help you with the new order. Your refund will be posted once received and is in returnable condition.
We allow one complimentary exchange per item. Any additional changes will incur a restocking fee of $12 to cover shipping and handling. We do not accept returns or exchanges shipped COD, and we do not reimburse shipping costs. We highly recommend you request insurance and delivery tracking when shipping your return or exchange to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds on any merchandise returned to us after 30 days from the date of receipt of the original purchase. We must receive your return within 15 days of issuing your authorization. If an item arrives missing, damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.
Return Portal
Please use our return portal to submit your return request, click here. Upon receiving your request, if approved, we will email you all the necessary information, including instructions with your RMA (Return Authorization Number) to facilitate the return of your item(s) to us. Please enclose your packing slip with your return.
We do not accept any item without prior authorization. Non-approved returns will be refused. The return authorization number must be on the outside of the box.
Eligibility
Anything that is non-sellable, has dog hair on it, has been worn, altered, tags removed, original packaging torn or missing (if applicable), damaged by you or your dog, or has any smell or stain will be rejected. Additionally, please refer to the complete list of non-returnable items below.

· All items indicate that they are non-returnable within their description.
Due to hygienic reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect:
· Bedding - Any Sort
· Treats - Any Sort, including cakes, treats, supplements, etc.
· Carriers, Stairs, or Steps
· Feeders, Bowls, Treat Jars, etc.
· Potty Training Products- these include panties, diapers, belly bands, potty pads, or artificial grass.
Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless it was an error on our part. We are not liable for any packages received by us that are damaged in transit or fail to reach our facility. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. It is your responsibility to order the correct item, size, and color, and to enter your shipping information correctly. Please refer to our SIZING instructions here to ensure correct sizing. Note that the color of product photos may appear slightly different from the actual item due to variations in lighting and monitor display settings.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We are here to help in any way possible. If you require assistance, please contact us before placing your order. If you made an error in sizing or quantity, and the order has not been shipped, we are willing to try to make the necessary changes if possible.
Sizing Responsibility
Please refer to the sizing chart on the product page and our measuring instructions here. Contact us directly if you still have questions regarding sizing before placing your order. Note that all designers and brands vary in size. Returns can be easily alleviated this way.
Notifications
Please allow 7 business days to process returns after we receive them. We will notify you by email when it’s complete.
Sizing
Not all designers' sizing is created equal. Please measure your pet carefully. Please note that we offer sizes for miniature and teacup dogs, as well as regular sizes. Sizing varies based on the manufacturer's specifications.
· For accurate measurements, read the descriptions carefully and refer to the individual sizing chart for each item. Determining the appropriate size for your pet will also depend on your pet's build. Each breed has distinct characteristics that will determine the correct size for your pet. Please read all product descriptions carefully. To properly measure your dog, use a flexible tape measure or string.
· We recommend you use the following measuring guidelines for your dog:

· For collar measurements, we recommend measuring loosely around your pet's neck. If you are measuring your existing collar, measure end to end for quick-release collars, and measure from the buckle to the hole used for collars with traditional buckle hardware.
· For harness measurements, in addition to measuring around the neck, we recommend measuring around the body.
· For apparel measurements, we recommend measuring from the base of the neck, where the collar sits, to the base of the tail and the broadest part of the chest. We recommend rounding up to the next size if your measurement falls at or near the maximum range. Take into consideration how your pet is built. A broad chest, a wide underside, or a thick coat can affect your size choice.
· We suggest using the “two finger rule” by allowing two fingers to fit between the tape and your dog for a comfortable fit. Since manufacturers' sizes aren’t always the same. Be aware that there are teacup sizes, and then there are standard sizes. Additionally, please note that some of our clothing is handmade and custom-made, which may result in a slight variation in garment size.

Gift CertIficates
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or check. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates expire 1 year from the issue date. Any returns made using a gift certificate will receive merchandise credit.
Method of Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks or money orders for e-commerce purchases.
Sales Tax
Texas residents will be charged sales tax on all purchases.
Shipping
A flat rate $8.95 ground shipping charge applies to all standard purchases. Please note the following exceptions apply:
· Beds, furniture, & oversized and overweight items are not considered standard purchases and additional shipping charges may apply.
· My Lucky Dog Boutique will notify you of any additional shipping charges before being charged.
· $8.95 ground shipping also applies to clearance, sale, and promotional items except where noted.
· Exchange items may require an additional $8.95 ground shipping charge.
· $8.95 ground shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.

My Lucky Dog Boutique ships all domestic orders via UPS ground, FedEx ground, or Priority Mail service. Standard delivery time is 10-14 business days for all in-stock merchandise. Merchandise sent directly from our vendors may take longer. Oversized items may require additional shipping and handling fees. You will be notified of any additional charges before being charged.
It is your responsibility to provide us with an address that can accept UPS or FedEx deliveries. If you will not be at your shipping address to sign for your package, we suggest having it shipped to your workplace or to an alternate address where someone can sign for it. My Lucky Dog Boutique cannot be responsible for the loss or any damages to packages delivered without a signature.
If we are unable to successfully deliver your package(s) due to customer refusal, customer negligence, or incomplete shipping information, and your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email if provided. If we do not receive a response within ten (10) days, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the applicable shipping charges. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer will be charged for additional shipping.
